Our aim is to provide an unforgettable experience where you can have fun, challenge yourself, improve your padel skills and enjoy the local culture, all while socialising in beautiful surroundings.
We have worked hard to balance affordability with high standards. Of the many locations personally visited, we eventually settled on four specific venues which met our exacting criteria for our 2025 padel tours.
Separately, we also identified a small number of exclusive locations and venues which would perfectly cater for more bespoke tours, with more specific needs and requirements.
We partner with top local venues, skilled coaches and passionate hosts to offer personalised programmes, tailored to your specific needs.

Bjorn Schroder Padel Tours
I'm Björn Schröder and I'm passionate about exploring and developing social communities around padel. After moving to England, I became the UK's Number 1 men's player in the 50+ category, gained UK citizenship and proudly joined the English National Seniors Padel Team.
In recent years, I've been the head of padel and head coach at David Lloyd Bushey, where I helped create one of the largest padel communities in the UK. Inclusivity and the social side of padel are key to what I do, running social mix-ins for all skill levels, which has included beginners as well as some of the top players in the UK. I was certified as padel coach by Hello Padel Academy, Mauri Andrini, four years ago.
Now I'm looking to spread my love for the sport even further by offering affordable, high quality padel tours to unique destinations, designed to help players relax and improve their skills. Together with my partner Misha’al, we've built Björn Schröder Padel Tours with the belief that padel should be fun, social, and enjoyable.
Our tours offer a fresh approach, combining my experience in coaching and organising world class events, along with my background as an entrepreneur and project manager.
We aim to create experiences where people can develop their game, make new friends and enjoy the sport as much as we do.

I’m Misha’al Nasser-Green and I am a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years' experience in the education sector, including over 20 years in senior leadership roles. Throughout my career, I have always maintained an unrelenting focus on raising standards while still ensuring full accessibility and enhanced experiences for all.
In early 2024, I discovered padel and a passionate community of like-minded people and instantly fell in love with the sport in a way I never had with any other activity. This passion led me to co-found Bjorn Schroder Padel Tours, where I’m excited to offer players of all levels the chance to improve their skills in new and exciting venues across Europe. Our tours not only focus on skill development but also provide opportunities to enjoy the best of each location, through social activities and cultural experiences.
Having worked in business operations and project management, I understand the importance of delivering high quality provision and targeted programmes. Our tours are designed to challenge participants while maintaining motivation and confidence.
My partner Björn and I are committed to creating a personalised, high quality experience for all, helping others immerse themselves in the sport, while fostering a sense of community and fun.
